Rosemont Florist — Local services in Leyden Township

Ordered a three dozen rose bouquet for my wife from Rosemont Florist, which cost $227. Was told they would be delivered by 10:00 AM, but they did not arrive until 12:30 PM, which wasn't that big of a deal. Having ordered from florists enough times to know that delivery times are usually speculative, that is not the source of my dissatisfaction.

I wish I could post a picture here of the pathetic bouquet that was delivered. The roses were fully bloomed and beginning to wilt. In addition to the roses there were just a few, what looked like ferns, in the vase below them. No Baby's Breath or any other accent plants. It was just a disheveled mess.

Not only do I feel it was a complete waste of money, Rosemont Florist ruined what could have been something very special for my wife. I will never use this junk florist again and recommend others look elsewhere.

I drove to Chicago from Michigan to pick up my son from the airport and wanted to get him some flowers. There was nothing special at the arrivals hall (back in July; they seem to have some flowers at the convenience store now). I looked for a nearby shop and found Rosemonde Florist. The GPS took me to the main entrance of the building so you need to get in and walk around the bank to find the shop. The store manager was amazing she put something together in blue for my son and they had some chocolates which I knew my son would appreciate on arrival!
