I had a really frustrating experience with Arrons when I was trying out a computer console under a six-month payment-to-own plan. At first, everything seemed fine, and I was just making my payments like I was supposed to. But then the assistant manager (I think his name was Ryan) called me and said that this was my last payment .I’d been keeping track, and explain how excited I was to be finished. Well, three payments later, automatically, two of them were taken out. I tried calling and explaining that I was already finished.I paid the six months and the manager and the assistant manager were beyond aggressive. I told them I was going to leave a review and they said, go ahead.We don't care.

Instead of working with me, they got really rude and the manager insisted that they never make mistakes because they’ve been doing this for 5 years. Even after I was told I was done paying, I got charged again. Honestly, I’d be really cautious trusting anything the manager or assistant manager says there. If you’re looking for a rent-to-own place, in my experience, Aaron’s is just not reliable. I’d look...

Very good customer service. They answered all my questions, explained purchase options, even showed me everything about the washer I wanted, including how much water would be filled by the load. I know many machines today are not filling up enough to properly clean clothes and I don't like that. It's why I am renting my machine to try it out before I buy, as I want my clothes CLEAN. Tomorrow, I will be receiving the washer for the 2 week trial, I picked a 2nd washer to try if I am not happy with the first one. I am glad that they have this option because when my washer went out 4 weeks ago I went thru hell, being lied to by a sales person at another store, just to make a sale. Horrible business I have bought and paid for 2 fridges a stove, sectional, 2 tvs, 3 sets of washer and dryers. Never before has living a hour away been a issue now they want to charge me 150 because I am not happy with a purchase. Wanted to trade because not satisfied willing to pay a extra month but why do you want to charge 150 for delivery will never do...
