Taco Bell — Restaurant in Liberal

From 5:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. on Nov 16, 2019, my sister's boyfriend and I enjoyed a nice meal. It was a good experience in service, although the man who recieved us at the front register seemed unenthusiastic, but that's ok - he's working a Taco Bell. We ordered our food, one at a time, and he worked efficiently. When I was informed the menu option I was asking for no longer existed, he politely directed me to another option of the most similarity. After ordering, I went to get my drink, and found the set-up for fountain drinks to be pleasant. After taking my seat with my friend, we found the seats to be surprisingly low. I am rather tall, and found this to be a little inconvenient. The booths, however, we rusticly designed, and I liked them. Our food was ready almost instantly, served on trays, as required by company policy, and was adequately enforced. SECOND REVIEW: Anthony provided excellent customer service during our most recent visit. I adjusted my star ratings to 5's due to his quality service!! Service with a smile is always welcome. We all came from the local library with our free tacos earned by participating in the summer reading program. We also used our gift card to purchase a couple of their boxes which offer a lot of variety for a discount. It was overall a pleasant visit except the watermelon freeze was way too SWEET😒. FIRST REVIEW: Staff was not the usual staff I know from Saturday mornings. Saturday's crew is always pleasant and accommodating. Evening crew was busy but seemed to be getting overwhelmed with DT, walk-ins, and remote (online) orders. Food tasted good to the people in my party, but of the two items I ordered, one was not supposed to have hot sauce. Unfortunately, it was too spicy hot for me to eat it. I should have stuck to my usual rule of having the order taker read it back to me and confirming the spiciness level...

I told Christine I didn't need a receipt, so I didnt get any of the info needed for the survey. But she was great! Went through the drive through. Even though the stores soda machine wasn't working properly and I said no ice, she double checked with me knowing the soda would be hot, and made sure I wouldn't get a warm soda. Most places and people would 1. Give me a soda with ice, or 2. Hand me a boiling hot soft drink knowing it would be that way. She was very kind, respectful and speedy. Employee of the month!...
