I went in tonight and there is NOTHING there. Cigar boxes, run down toys, no glassware. When I peeked in the back there is tons of stuff to be put out. More workers than I'm used to seeing in there. It looked as if a mentally challenged woman was in charge in which she was cussing freely, asking customers as they walked in door "what are you guys here for", saying "let's lock the door" at 5:30pm and was explaining to another worker about the vacuuming procedure. She walked by me numerous of times mumbling under her breath everytime. Made me feel real uncomfortable. The discounted color was yellow but I couldn't find any color tags on anything. The store overall appearance was dirty and smelled musty. I did however find a pair of shorts for my son. When I checked out the cashier didn't ask me to round up like all the other Goodwill stores I've been in. I'm not sure whats going on at this location but please hire new management. There was an older man collecting donations the last time I was in there. He...
Read moreI live nearby (in Powell) so I have been in here a lot, to donate and to shop/browse. It's not easy to donate. They often won't even let me bring donations in the front door. They say to drive around back. My husband I went around back there twice. We didn't see anything/anywhere to donate. It was also after dark, and it's really not a good idea to drive around behind a strip mall after dark even in a "safe" area. It may be different now with the limited hours, but like I said, we never found anywhere to donate despite being sent out the door and instructed by an employee to go back there.
There are also a lot of really aggressive shoppers here. I've been driving a half hour to Ohio Thrift on Broad St. to donate/shop. They have a bigger selection and it's a much bigger store so you don't have people on you all the time (who are probably all re-sellers that don't live here so...
Read moreLove their selection but the worst customer service. Every time.e I go in this store the staff is stuck up n rude. Also many of the customers are. I had my daughter trying on jeans one time and this lady came up and got an attitude with me bc she wanted to try stuff on .I told her there was another room. She just got snootie n stood there and staured at me. I'm sure she is racist because she didn't even ask the other family trying on stuff o ky mine and I have a biracial family. They also will not hold stuff for u to come back. Which I have never seen any Goodwill do. Will not be coming back again. Last straw. Also will not be dontaing to...
