If you are a spark driver . Don't get out of your car at this location because I got out of my car to scan labels which helps the process go a little bit faster. We were told by another associate that wasn't even dealing with us. He came out and said that we weren't allowed out of our car. Ok. So we started to get back in the car and my wife asked for the associates name. So when she was getting back in the car she told the associate that if the order was messed up that it would be their problem. Matt had than told the other associate to bring the order back in even though we were already in the car. So than we talk to the team lead and they told her that there was 3 to 4 orders and there were only 2. That's why the rejected us. No that's not why you reject the delivery. You rejected the order from being pickup because we got out of our car. The team lead than told us we are not allowed to have multiple orders in one area even with a divider. I have only been delivering with spark for 5 days and in that 5 days I have had more problems with this store than any other pickup we have done. We have a truck. We have picked up 10+ orders in one batch. We never had an issue. Than the team lead said that we are not suppose to take more the 2 orders at best. What the hell. Than stop making the batch order so big. None of what they are saying makes any sense. They app allows large batch orders. But we can't pick up all the orders in that batch. Please make it make sense. I am upset at the fact that we lost money due to people not being on the same page. Other stores and some of the associate allowed us out of the car to help the process. All curbside locations including sam's club. Than needs to be on the same page. Pissed off...
Read moreI shop at this location frequently. Decided to order new Airpod 3 Pros as a pick-up. Waited at spot 3 for 45 minutes. Watch the poor associate run her butt off. Check my phone and item was marked as "picked up". Item was never brought to my car. Associate tried to help me, but recommended calling to speak with a manager. So far I've called 7 times. No answer. Called corporate, they said they'd refund the goods paid, but not delivered. This morning receive an email, they are not refunding because the item was marked as picked up. Now I'm on a merry go round between Walmart and my CC Company. Asked corporate to reach out to store management and check cameras at spot 3 between 2:05pm and 2:50pm. No person ever came to my car. Read moreI ordered a custom cake for my daughters 4th birthday (paid and odered in advance) and what they gave me was not worth the 50$ i paid for. I ordered her an Encanto cake that had one of those edible images on it and was very upset with the outcome. The edible picture was poorly placed. They used 2 different pieces of edible paper (which is fine) the two pieces weren't even lined up together and they weren't even secured properly to the cake.
