The food was good of course, I mean it’s subway. Unfortunately the customer service was not. I’ve had very few good interactions at this location. Some workers are rude. This was my last straw with this place. I placed an online order for a meatball sub meal with oatmeal cookies and a drink, and went to pick it up. I stood and waited with bag in hand for the cup, the worker asked me if it was mine and I’m like I wouldn’t grab it if it wasn’t, not to mention it was the only bag on the counter, I told her I needed the cup for the drink and she just looked at me like she didn’t understand what I said. So I said it again, it comes with a drink I need a cup, she comes over and SNATCHES the bag from me like I’m her child or something and I told her I ordered a meal I just need the cup for the drink, she proceeds to give me attitude and tell me she’s looking, then when she grabs the cup she asks me what size, before I can answer, another girl comes from the back and she asks her, so I answer anyway and tell her the size, she hands me the cup then fusses at the other girl for not putting the cup out with the food. I get to the car and check the bag and see they gave me the wrong cookies, every time I order here they’re out of oatmeal cookies (which is the main reason I even come here), so I go back in and tell them they gave me the wrong cookies. The girl from the back apologized and informed me they ran out and I’m like that would have been nice to know, (instead of telling me that when I pick up or calling me to inform me like most places when you order pick up) they just put whatever cookies in there, so I then proceeded to ask for chips instead bc that’s an option when you order a meal, chips or cookies. At the end of this awkward and rude experience, I have decided I will no longer be going to this location. The one further down Belmont Ave has great customer service and always has cookies, but because this location is closer I come here. That will not happen anymore. It’s very unfortunate that even the subway workers are just as rude and unfriendly as the Walmart workers.

So I placed an order in the app at this location by mistake. I am in PA over an hour away now and was unable to cancel the order online, so I called multiple times, did they answer? NO! So I now am waiting for an email back to get a refund for food I’m not even getting bc I’m in a different state! Sure it was my mistake for not double checking where I placed the order but they could’ve answered and offered assistance. This is one of the worst subway locations in that area. If you live around Belmont Ave just know, most of the fast food locations either have crappy customer service or they mess up your order. so glad im not around...
Read moreI placed an online order at 6:29 PM went to Walmart. Did my shopping by the time I was done. It was 7:01pm when I walked in. They immediately had an attitude and told me my food wasn’t ready. There was a blonde haired girl who got incredibly rude and disrespectful that works there. Overall it took 42 minutes. I would give negative 20 stars if I could.
I will be contacting the store manager, regional manager and anyone else that I need to in order to have this issue addressed. I ended up waiting 42 minutes for one foot long sub and a salad. The way I was treated was horrible. The one employee with dark hair placed my order in the counter rather hard and didn’t even place the items in a bag for me.
After the way I was treated, they made fun of me taking photos of my food. I didn’t trust these workers, so yes, I took photos.
These entitled workers think they deserve $15+ per hour. If it were up to me, $1 per hour is overpaying for the service I got.
I was planning to leave a generous tip and they blew it.
Update- Called the store and asked for the district manager’s number. Sounded like the same employee refused and was rude on the phone. Called another location and they gave it to me. The district manager said they will address it and offered to send me a Subway gift card.
I will NEVER go back to this location. Actually, the manager at the Churchill location welcomed me and my business. Maybe that will be my new go to….
