While the food was good the service was by far the worst ever. I called to order a deal that I had aa coupon for. The coupon clearly didn't say online only, it had an expiration date that was still 2 weeks away. I called to order the guy who answered had no clue what I was saying at all couldn't help me it was like I was speaking in words he never heard so he put a lady on the phone now I forgot to say I tried to order online before I called but the website kept kicking me off. i explained to her what happened she said it happened because that coupon isn't valid anymore I told her that's not true bc I have the physical coupon in my hand and it's not expired in fact it has 2 more weeks. She couldn't help me either . She asked a manager who said yeah we don't have that deal anymore. I hung up I was mad because I know this isn't true. I went back online this time my order went thru the same thing I'd been trying to order the same thing they all manager included toltold me didn't exist I got . I get they are a new store but atleast try and help your customers or you won't have any . I really hope they can sort this mess out my family loves...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever received in my entire 43yrs of life!! I ordered delivery and at no fault of my own it was processed as a pick up. I'm guessing I was outside the delivery zone but the app never told me that. After an hour and 1/2, I called to see if everything was OK. They told me I pressed pick up, I didn't i am not an idiot, I didn't have my car. I asked them to cancel it and please just refund the money. They asked if I wanted to pick it up still. I said no it's been there for over 1 1/2 hour now and my car is in the shop. So I figured it would be refunded. I called back a few times and talked to multiple people even called corporate customer service, which i have never done before. The district managers solution was to give me 25% off my next order!!!! My next order??? I won't ever be back to another papa johns if this doesn't get resolved!! This should not be this hard to comprehend. I am a customer. I did not receive your product.
