Taco Bell — Restaurant in Liberty Township

We made an online order for two boxes, a chulupa box and a crunchwrap box, very simple order even with the changes we made.

We were in line at the drive thru from speaker to food for 20 minutes and most if not all of our food was cold.

You would also expect these boxes to be boxed individually to keep the orders in line so we don't have to open up our burritos to find out whose food is whose, but they just threw it all in a bag. If you're out of boxes mark the wrappers like you're supposed to.

In contrast, the order was correctly made and the staff was friendly.

P.S. Clean your griller once in a while. Everyone at the drive thru can see it.

Update 6/6/22: Online order for a chulupa box and a quesadilla combo, abysmally created.

Chulupa shell is hard as rock, they have no clue how to roll a burrito, let alone change the food out on the line when it needs too, the potatoes are literal tiny bricks.

The quesadilla and soft taco were surprisingly normal. At this point I'm only going for Baja Blast.

I can't believe this place has higher than 2 stars on here.

Update 12/26/24:

After numerous iterations of taco bell staff, I have come to the conclusion that every iteration of staff has produced progressively worse food. Today, they have deciced to keep old tortillas and gave me 3 old stale chalupa shells. The entire past 6 months have been nothing but incorrect orders from this location or overloaded burritos when we ask for easy beef. a beefy 5 layer burrito with easy beef should be SMALLER IN DIAMETER than a NORMAL BEEFY BURRITO. Order 3 hard tacos at 535pm. At 605pm I asked a employee for a refund because at this point I don't even want the taco I could of made tacos at home faster than waiting for them at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Its suppose to be FAST FOOD for a reason. When I asked for a refund and the girl asked everyone where my order was and nobody had a clue where is was because it wasnt on there screen anymore. I told her I only had 3 tacos by there self that's it. Then she kept asking the others to name it and told me we're going to do it right now but at this point I don't want the order anymore after waiting 30+ minutes I no longer even want them nor do I have a appetite anymore and I told her now for a 3rd time I just want a refund I dont want the food anymore. She then asks for my receipt and I tell her I was never given one but I ordered on the kiosk machine and it's under my name. She contued with a attitude like it was my fault there machine didnt give me a receipt!! She proceeds to throw my money in the counter. Like I paid with cash and I didn't get a recupt when I paid or when u placed my order on.the machine. Its crazy they complain about wages wanting paid all this money but can't even do they job. I could understand if the girl was atleast kind about the mistake but instead all I received was rudeness, no empathy and acted like I was in the wrong for a sking tor a refund. Probably one of the worst Taco Bell locations around. Most of the staff are rude and condescending, there are very few who are actually pleasant. Went one day and asked for a freeze in a soda cup and they could just up charge, the girl charged me for two large which was fine and gave me what I wanted as a paying customer. Went the next day to get it again and it was a different girl who proceeded to tell me “we don’t do that, that didn’t happen” to which I responded how the hell are you going to tell me it didn’t happen when it did? They almost always forget something in the order or mess up the order. I don’t even bother going for breakfast due to the wait time, I went once to try the breakfast ten minutes after they were supposed to be open and I had to speak to a guy taking out the trash to ask if they were in fact open bc I wanted to order. I don’t like inconvenience when I’m going to a fast food place. The whole point of fast food is convenience. They also barely put ANY meat on the tacos and Crunchwrap and quesadillas. They’ll tell you it’s a leveled scoop, to which I believe is more like a tablespoon. It’s a joke! No one wants all bread, lettuce, and cheese! People want meat!
