ATL Nail Supply — Local services in Lilburn

If l could give them zero or no stars l would HORRIBLE, Horrific, customer service!!!! Do Not shop with them this is why. On Sunday afternoon July 24, 16 My daughter and I wanted to visit this store in person to buy the SNS nails dipping powder we were very excited to see the products first hand, but as soon as we entered the store a women at the counter yelled at us saying that we "must" " first come to the counter and prove that we are licensed cosmologist and show proper i.d. including (driver license), what??? Are we still in America???that politely replied that l have both licenses in my purse but we are still looking to see if we wanted to buy at all as we saw another brand that cost less. Then about 5 min. later that same RUDE women with the long dark hair came up to us and insisted that l walk over to the counter and show her "proof" of my right to shop in their store. So l again explained what we are wanting to do at that point she RUDLY stated that this is their policy and that last needed to comply??? What#%& (As l have shopped at CosomoProf and Salon- Centric) and l was never asked to show proof of license until l looked around the store ready to check out??? Seriously l was blown away by her extremely unprofessional and non-customer friendly attitude towards us. She was trying to bully me into giving her my information at which l turned and told my daughter that l will not buy from them and that we need to leave immediately. What happened to the seemingly lost art of customer service????? She have losted my moneyl could have been a repeat customer as l am thinking of adding nail services. l never go back and will tell anyone who will listen not to shop Atlanta Nail Supply...

I love going here for all of my supplies. Their prices are very competitive. We just opened our shop in May and we shop here for our supplies and we even bought our spa chairs. We love the spa chairs because they make our shop look so elegant and our clients enjoy them. Consider getting chairs with plastic liners because a lot of my clients tell me how much they love it more! We even had the option to upgrade the seats to real leather which my husband and his partner loves.

I'm all about customer service. This supply store makes me feel welcomed. I'm always greeted with warm smiles by the staff. They always offer to carry stuff out to my car which is really nice. I've attended several events at store which I find very informative. One was an ANC class and the other was an art class. I feel like ATL Nail Supply care about their customers and they keep us well up to date with all the new nails products and techniques. They would send out reminders to my email of different classes. I wish I had more time to attend some of the other classes they have. And the best thing is that all the classes are FREE.

Went here last time I was in the area with a friend looking for some nail polishes. We were both blown away by the sheer size of the store as well as the selection. There were things in there we didn't even know existed! They sell to both retail and commercial customers which is probably why their prices are better than your typical retail store.

Staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable on the product. Nothing is worse than when the person who works there doesn't know the difference between nail polish and lacquer. If you're looking for anything nail related (gloves, machines, furniture, etc.) they most likely have it. And if they don't they are helpful in letting you know how you can get it.

They also sell those fancy nail salon chairs with the massage. I'll admit they are pretty comfortable to sit in and the massage actually doesn't hurt like they used to 15 years ago. Almost got one for the house but definitely better suited for an actual nail salon.

Highly recommend if you need any nail or nail related product. Definitely will be coming back!
