Mariscos Mazatlan — Restaurant in Lilburn

Went there today for lunch after church. We had a fairly large party of 12. We put in our order and the food took about an hour and a half for all of it to come out. The server came out about 40 minutes after we put In our order to let us know that one item on the menu that we had ordered, wasn’t available. This was 40 minutes after she took our order. Our food came out in waves. The last thing to come out were tacos. Tacos. The easiest thing on the menu to make. The server said that only one item from the order had printed in the kitchen and not the rest of the food. The manager and her both blamed the computers working incorrectly. If that had been the case, the tables that came in at the same time as us and the ones after would’ve never got their food. But they received theirs way before us. So that tell us that something else was up and the easiest excuse was for the excuse of the computers not working. Then the manager said that we would receive a discount on out check. When we received the check, there was a $5 discount for ours, $7 for another, another check was $3 and a $2 for the last one. Between us all the tab was around $200. But we only received a $17 discount for all four checks. What is that? We had to ask for the manager like 3 times and when he came he said that the discount had been split between the four checks. My experience here was horrendous!!! When my boyfriend and I walked inside we obvious notice this was an authentic Mexican spot which was cool. I wished the host as least spoke some English so I could understand what she was saying. But anywho that did really bother me as we sat down and the waitress served us chips and salsa. Let me tell you , for it being a Mexican spot you would think the salsa would be amazing right? WRONG salsa was terrible , it was watery no salt no seasoning there wasn't even chunks of tomato in it. So now I'm already disappointed at this point. The prices on the menu were outrageous! I'm thinking the food must be really good for the prices to be high like that. So while we waited on the food the waitress was literally no where to be found I wanted to order a drink on top of that she didn't even try to up sale us on the drinks! She took so long to come back I changed my mind about getting a drink. SO she comes back with the food. If you have taste buds and are a foodie this place is not for you!!! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE! NO SEASONING FOOD TASETE PLAIN AND IT WAS GROSS! I don't know how this place is still operating. I kid you not I am not exaggerating! I don't even post reviews! The customer service was and totally unacceptable the order that we placed was completely wrong and on top of that the plate that they took back that was wrong for our order they turn a round and gave it to the table that was beside us and not only that our server didn’t make our sweet tea the way it should be he took our glasses of tea to the kitchen and just added Splenda also we were charged three times and we called back to the restaurant and the person that answered the phone was totally rude and unprofessional and she had an attitude we drove from Cobb to eat there and we will not be going back there ever again I will let everyone I know not to go to this place ever again. Also I asked to speak with the manager and the person that was charging said that there is no manager on site who runs a business with no manager on site.
