Personally customer service is huge for me. As a fellow African I'm beyond disappointed. Grew up coming here with my mom. Fast forward to say.. Came in here to make a little purchase and to get my receipt was like pulling teeth. Please for the sake of those that support your business especially to help your business stay a business whats wrong with smiling a bit more? why is it so hard to communicate? I used my card and waited for a receipt just to be looked at as if I am speaking another language. Didn't even bother because I was already irritated at this point. It's unprofessional if you ask me. Great selection of Holland Supreme Wax African fabric. Great colors and patterns. $40 for a bolt. I think about 10 yards. I plan on getting this made into a dress for my birthday. They also have two different types of black soap. The soap in the brown wrapper is darker than the kind they have in the theplastic. The one in the wrapper smells like ash which is what real black soap should smell like.
