The night time crew is very ignorant and disrespectful each time i have gone. You don’t like your job why are you working there?
First time the girl taking my order told me to hold on because she was on her cellphone having a conversation with someone and as I pulled up to pay she was back on her phone just reached her hand out for my card while talking on the phone and slammed the window shut didn’t even say two words to us. Completely ignorant. This was a separate visit from tonight.
Tonight we pulled up to order and we asked if they had any pretzels left. The young guy that was working said what do you want. We proceeded to ask him to hold on because we thought we forgot our card. So we asked him to hold on and he said what did you say we said just a minute. He goes I can’t understand you pull up to the window. So w pull up to the window once we realized we had our card asked for 5 pretzels the kid working the window says “isn’t that what I said” and we also asked for a bag of ice as he’s being very ignorant rolling his eyes I asked who he was being ignorant with and he slammed the window. As he’s handing us our stuff he’s rolling his eyes at us like we are such an inconvenience. Maybe if you don’t like your job find another one. Read moreI hadn't been to this sonic in around 5 years, because the last time I had been there, they screwed up my order 3 times in one visit (3rd time, I just got a refund and left). I figured enough time had passed that maybe service had changed. NOPE. Very first order, they got it wrong. Walked up to the service entrance and placed the food on the only horizontal surface there - a stack of high chairs. A friendly employee got the "manager" and she proceeded to tell me I had the incorrect receipt (it was the only one they gave me). I told her that it was all I got, and she disappeared inside. When she came out, she gave me a refund receipt, and asked me to throw away the old order (keep in mind, I had PROOF that they had bought the food back, and thus it was now THEIR problem). Read moreNever in my years of customer service have I ever, spoken to a customer the way these employees chose to communicate tonight in person and on the phone. The language and anger used by Crystal, Rashad, and other employees were alarming. Not only did multiple employees slam the drive-thru window on me, but they also ignored me trying to get a resolution to a price discrepancy. They had no respect, kindness, or care when speaking to me. If you come to this location don't make any substitutions on their Fun 99 menu. Diet soda options are not included and will cost you 3x the amount of a regular float. I would not recommend coming to this location unless you want to be yelled at for their miscommunication and mistakes.
