11/9/22 Update to Review: I filed a state licensing complaint on these yahoos because TWICE in the past week now, the pharmacy has just shut down at noon with no notification to customers and no provisions to those customers for picking up essential meds. I HOPE they’re put out of business. Whatever you do, do not use them. You’ll be sorry. Terrible pharmacy. For the amount of money these pharmacists make, you would think they could actually WORK!
Completely and totally incompetent pharmacists. They never have the meds you need when you need them. Ever. I am on a med I have been taking for quite some time. Put an order in for a refill six days ago. Heard nothing whatsoever from the pharmacy. Call today to find out it isn’t in stock. Can’t you be just a LITTLE BIT proactive? If you know your customers are on a regular monthly med, can’t you order in advance and make sure it is always in stock? Instead I’m being told I need to just sit here and take it. They ought to be sued for medical malpractice. Go somewhere else. This happens ALL THE TIME at this pharmacy. All the time. What’s worse is that I switched to Walgreen’s from cVS for the same problems. Pharmacists are sooooo not worth the money they make....
Read moreThe pharmacy department is the absolute worst, EVERY time anyone in my household needs a prescription filled, no matter what it is, takes 3-5 hours to fill them, does not call with any ETA or a simple "hey just a heads up this may take us a certain amount of time" just a warning would be nice. Been waiting since 12:30 when the scripts were put through, called several times in the first 3 hours and the automated service deters you from speaking to a real associate cause it heard something completely different. Only says "we are still working on them" THEN call after 4:30 and all I'm met with is "we are still working on it should be done within the hour"

Read moreI just picked up my photo order at store#10958 today (2/17/24) in Limerick and boy, does Laura need a raise! She was very personable and friendly, not only greeted everyone but helped the woman ahead of me at the photo center and wished us both a great day! I swear she was also the only staff member in the whole store and she was kicking butt and taking names! I’ve only ever used Walgreens for the photo center previously, but if there were a location closer to my home I would totally make the switch for such great customer service!
