I love living close to Aldi. It reminds me of Jewel T when I was a kid. The prices are so good that it often amazes me that they can bring the product across the Atlantic Ocean, charge less than American Supermarkets and in more than one product provide superior quality. Yet that is exactly what they do. They do it in a clean environment with local employees who portray happy employees of a foreign company. This is good business and I respect it but I also trust it. It has continued to sell me the same brands. Sell me the same products day after day and now year after year. It doesn't buy old and unwanted lots of groceries from American Supermarkets and sell them at wholesale prices. Instead Aldi has its own product from a source others do not have. From chocolates to cheeses, it has consistently and continually had delightful choices available. I go to Aldi every week. It is MY store. Now Wegmans, Giant and Redners are only for this or that unique product each seems to have. I have never had a bad experience at Aldi. I look forward to going there. I even find I've gotten over being annoyed at the quarter for...

Read moreThere needs to be a separate review option for employees and the store. The store is great, organized, and clean. But they have self check out that requires 'Credit Only.' Not an issue. But I wanted to pay in cash, which shouldn't be a problem. There was an employee working right near the checkout area.
But as I walked up, maybe a manager who came out of the corner room, I asked if I could pay in cash. She pointed behind me saying, "Did you try that?" she was pointing to the self check out. Again, I said I would like to pay in cash. Again, she points to he self checkout, I stared at her saying "Can I pay in cash?" She looks to the other employee right by the checkout area, and talks to her asking if I had tried using the self check out, as if I was not there. (Seriously??) Not sure if I was more upset that she dismissed me or that I felt like I was in the wrong...
