I experienced the worst customer service at this location with rude, arrogant, and condescending clerks. I had several returns and after being brushed off by one clerk who wandered off, the second clerk demanded to process the return by item and not order. After I explained that that was not the way I wanted my return processed, she promptly began to lecture me about computers and how I should not fear "learning" another way of having returns processed.
