Beautiful salon and atmosphere but horrible service and the âmanager/ownerâ have no idea to conduct a business. What should have been an great experience was not. My sister asked if they were busy and was told that there was no wait. I went in with my sister and was serviced before herâ which was fine because we were chatting. But she sat there for close to 30 mins with her feet in cold water. Other customers came in and were being serviced immediately. I chalked it up to people having appointments, but no. That was horrible and my sister got up to leave, had to ask for a towel to dry her feel and I felt so bad that this happened. To make it worse nothing but a half apology was given by the young male âmanagerâ who said âsorry about your friend, she was nextâ LOL.
Later my sister decided she wanted to speak with the owner to file a formal complaint. The owner stated to my sister that other people were âthere before her.â Does that make it okay to have someone sitting with their feet in water ?! What could you have offered after wasting her time and having her sit there?!
As I paid I heard him ask another you lady if she would like to sign up for the program. I spent $80 plus $20 in a tip for a pedicure, so why wasnât I offered to sign up & accumulate points?! No worries, I guess that was a sign that I shouldnât ever come back. Not to mention I saw other people walking out that had not been serviced and sat around waiting. The woman that did my spa pedicure was so kind and apologetic. This is my honest opinion.I give this...
Read moreI came here in May, the place is clean, and I love their set-up. I didn't know how it worked my first day there, but my second time going, someone else did my nails. I like the work this young lady dies. She is always pleasant to me, and she is quiet. I have yet to be disappointed, and for that, I appreciate her. I am simple, not flashy, and she gives me what I ask for. I am stepping out of the box with my nails, and she is schooling me with the what, when's, and how's, and I appreciate that from her. So, the picture you see was a learning experience for me, and I love â¤ď¸ the work she has done so far. It's very hard to find a good nail technician, and I think after all that I have been through, I think I found a good one. I read the comments, and I understand stand what was said about Chris, because when I first started going, he was not approachable, but he knows me now and I am getting used to him. Sometimes, we have to take the time to talk to a person to figure them out. I like the young lady who does my nails. I don't want to say her name because I don't know how she would feel about that, but if she sees this and the picture she should know her work. Just want to say thank you for all you do to my feet...
Read moreCame in with a specific manicure style in mind, but I kept my hopes low for not the exact look because I'm a first time customer and it seemed a bit complicated. My biggest request was that my nails be kept on the shorter side and I asked multiple times for the length to be shortened because of my job and she kept them longer than I wanted requested. Then she had the nerve to tell me that she shortened them 3 times since I asked, but it was never what I requested. The underside of my nails were lumpy and not cleaned up, multiple nails are uneven, I shouldnt be at home trying to fix them myself for the price. She was very distracted and left me multiple times in the middle of my manicure to do other things and it felt like she was in a rush. Color was nice, shape overall was nice but definitely would refuse this nail tech and possibly would not come back, maybe if I had a different tech Update: its been one week, one of my nails is already lifting. I'd never go back and the tech I had was blonde with glasses, possibly management, honestly just beware, she was in a rush, no cuticle prep, barely any nail prep, and didnt care not worth your time, if you go and get her ask...
