6/30/22 I had stop at Home Depot to check couple of items and bought some gloves I needed for work, when I went to pay there was no associate directing traffic, so why le. Tried to use the register and pay for my item I was told that I had to move to the other side from where I made the line to pay so I had to wait again in another line to pay with cash. While waiting again in line another custumer tried to make the line and One associate that was by refrigerators sipping a soda yelled at the custumer to move to the other side to make the line. As I asked your associate (Shawn, dreads medium build about 5â11â and a delicate misdemeanor), what for I asked him twice what for, he yelled at me that he was not talking to me, I replied is it for cash or CC as that just had happened to me after waiting for a while, I told him he should as how he was paying to avoid to his confusion, Shawn replied loudly and very unprofessional mind you own business he is not talking to me at this point j asked to talk to a manager, which she came as Shawn was leaving, she apologized and said she would bring it to him.. With an associate as âSHAWNâ you need to replace him and hire people that are customer care driven not acting like the customer owes them something.. I really hope she the manager...
   Read moreWe were greeted by a helpful staff with autism. He tried his best to use the in-store app to find the item we were looking for. Then, another staff interrupted him to help us; and, come to find out, she was wrong. The same autistic staff was the cashier who helped us check out and made sure we took our receipt. Lastly, there was an African American woman who perhaps sadly could not get assistance, and she asked us how to use a paint brush to do trims. Thankfully, we were so helpful to her when Home Depot was apparently not.
UPDATE (4/2/25, 4 P.M.)-So, we were just here and rented two upholstery shampooers. Their price is somewhat reasonable: $28 for 4 hours and $32 for 24 hours; it is a no brainer to rent it for a day for four dollars more. It is not rocket science. Please remember to show your tax write off information prior to interacting with the cashier. There are ways about that, but you may Google Quyloon for more information and guidance in this regard.

   Read moreI'm not happy how home depot works with special orders. This is already like the fourth time I order to pick up at the store and every time it is the same. The product always arrives at the store within the expected time but they do not process it quickly to pick it up. In all the times I have had to make a few calls and go to the store and push them and beg them to give me, the answer is always the same, the item is not ready to pick up even when in reality the item is 3 feet behind them and it is ready to pick it up. Maybe they don't want to do their job or I don't know whose fault it is. The same thing happened in this order. I made some calls and they told me that It was not ready to pick up when the tracking says that the item arrived at the store 36 hours ago. How it is not possible that they will not be able to process a single small order 36 hours of having arrived at the store, even more when I get there to customer service they tell me the same thing, then I tell them it's there please look and well it took them 1 minute to look for my order and it was there 3 feet back ready to pick up. This has to change . In other stores when an item is ordered online sometimes the delivery is made...
