Phenomenal kutz — Local services in Linden

So I’ll say this. I have not come here personally. But after hearing this, I wouldn’t. My friend brought her 4 year old son in about two or three weeks ago, and she sat down. No one approached her although they saw her and after a half hour of letting her sit there, they told they had no openings and they were done for the day. Why let her sit there? When you see a customer, rather a potential customer come in, at least one person working should address them, even if it is to say there are no openings or you have to book an appt. Something. I took my 16 month son there for his first official haircut. Frank took care of us and was extremely patient and nurturing with calmly cutting my sons hair. Loved his approach in trying to not scare my little one. He was also very professional even changed the music playing to more PG music. We shared Hair anecdotes growing up in the Hispanic community. I felt comfortable and at ease it was reminiscent to me of the spots in NY my brothers would go to growing up. Even my husband wants to start getting his hair cut by Frank. This place is absolutely terrible. I went there three weeks ago and asked for medium fade guy kept messing up and I left with almost a high and tight. On top of that i got razor burn across my entire line up of my hair line. I thought maybe it was just that barber I went again got a different barber and asked for a simple shape up. And again nothing but razor burn across my entire forehead....
