Venice Pizza and Restaurant — Restaurant in Linden

I was disappointed in the service this past weekend. I took a friend there and boy was I embarrassed. I normally get the same order a wing special with a additional slice of buffalo chicken 🍕. The lady said to me. The special comes with regular slice only. Why would I dare ask for a business to substitute the special I said l know what the sign says. I said i'm asking for another slice besides the special. The other waiter explained to her: She's asking for an additional slice along with her order. I said thank you. Then when my order was complete the 2 slices was put in a bag. I normally get the slices in a box. I asked for a box. She said it's an extra 50cent. Long as I've been coming there they NEVER put my pizZa in a bag. I was so embarrassed. I came to bring you a new customer. Well your establishment loss one. I will not be going back. Too many other 🍕 joints...

Pizza Ok customer service worst ever so rude unprofessional not only did they raise there voice when I asked how can you charge extra without telling the customer they responded its not us its the company if you don't like it dont come your not a customer anyway I said after this I won't they try to charge extra for use of credit card then change price without saying anything they told me price before I handed credit card and then tried to charge $4 extra after they ran credit card like thats illegal then when I confront them they said the machine did it never again ill keep my money spend somewhere else then they wonder why the restaurant was empty treat customer good because we spending our hard money so whoever goes just pay attention and not telling nobody to not go you can experience yourself just telling people...

This restaurant has been here for the longest but never had a chance to try. Maybe because I don't do dairy but anywho, I ordered my meal through the slice app. I ordered the broccoli and pasta and a side of spinach. I had some discount codes so it only came to $10.65. They called and said it would take about 15 minutes. I got there and parked in front about 15 minutes later. I walked in and told the lady my name and she said it would take a few more minutes. It took about 10 more minutes and I grabbed my food and left. When I got home I dug in and I really liked the linguini and broccoli and it was so filling and flavorful.
