I don't want to say that this was uncomfortable, but I definitely won't be shopping there because the moment I walked in, I was greeted in Spanish. And then when I tried to speak in english (of course, assuming that the only person there, would also speak english)... But she apparently couldn't speak english.
And then to be a little bit offended a second time, my girlfriend walked in with me, and she looks like she's South american, so the lady immediately started speaking Spanish with her very rapidly.... And it just seemed quite inappropriate in my opinion. To be honest, that made me mad, but I didn't want to be mean about it....
At the end of the situation, it wasn't bad, but no English was spoken by anybody....
The woman was probably a decent person, but it's getting quite annoying for a country that originally just had English as it's commonplace language, to now, where it's the actual official language, and people still refuse to learn it...
As a nationwide company, you'd think that they would understand that this is a difficult situation.
Being bilingual is awesome! But not knowing the language of the country you're in..... Folks need to find a way to at least get a tiny semblance of the language before they start a job where they have to interact with the people of the...
Read moreBe very careful!!!...I bought a phone for 280 dollars and it turned out very badly, I went for more than a month for several days insisting that they change it for me and in the end the one who claims to be the "owner" exchanged it for one older and used. He never let me open it apart, he told me that I had to pay 30 dollars for the change, I gave him my card and he charged 150 dollars plus 30 for change without telling me anything!!! That is totally illegal. I complained to her and the daughter came out very upset, I asked her to return my 150 and the first phone (which I had already paid for previously) and mocking and laughing she said that she was going to keep it and that she wasn't even going to give me the charger. I told the lady that how was it possible that she charged me 280 dollars for one plus 150 for the other plus 30 or 460 for a used phone with open games for children and cards, which is surely what the lady played. They were always treating me in a very discriminatory, degrading and disrespectful way. They have never treated me as badly as they did, I still feel outraged. I left thinking how many people receive this treatment and this abuse....I returned almost an hour later so they could help me change the keyboard language and add the letter "ñ" and the lady made fun and told me in a nasty and despotic tone "Well, you do it that way" and I lost my photos, contacts and all my information that I had on my other phone. I want to add that you should be careful with these people, and not have to suffer from the abuse and discrimination that I received.
Read moreMy husband and I came to this location to buy a Samsung on Saturday. The guy told us that his supervisor was able to get us one by Monday (yesterday), but we needed to pay some money upfront to reserve it. Personally, I thought it was kind of unprofessional the way that he asked for it and he just gave us a card writing on the back that we paid $200, but we did it anyways because we really needed the phone. Well, on Monday he calls us saying that the phone was sold. His supervisor didn't leave a note that the phone was reserved, or make any effort to reserve it for us AFTER WE PAID A DEPOSIT AND EVERYTHING. It was very frustrating when we paid part upfront to reserve the phone and after selling it, they didn't even tried to find another one. Even though they gave us the deposit back it was really unprofessional that they didn't even tried to find another...
