My food would have been fine if they had notified us that it was ready. We waited for about 15 minute a and then my husband went to see what was taking so long and saw the tray with his name on it (DB Cooper) in a place that was not visible from our table. I watched the workers because I wasn’t hearing any names being called for orders. The workers (one was a smaller person with curly short dark hair) were placing the orders on the counter, saying names very quickly and quietly, and then immediately leaving the front counter and not ever verifying that anyone had heard them. There were 3 people who came in and ordered, and they were sitting at a high table in the corner farthest from the ground counter. After a few minutes an order was placed on the counter and I was not able to hear a name though by this time I was actively trying to. The people in the corner were just talking among themselves and occasionally looking at the counter. We got up to leave and I spoke to a female in a grey shirt who had long straight hair to tell her my concern and that my crunch wrap sat so long in the bag that it was soggy. She asked if we needed it re-made. I said no. I just want you to announce the orders so people can hear and get their food in a timely manner. She sort of smirked at what I was saying and acted like she wasn’t going to do anything about it and so I called out to the people in the corner that if they were waiting in food they should go check because the staff was not announcing anything in a way that customers could hear. Sure enough, their order had been sitting there for probably 10 minutes and they had no idea. This is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I would give zero stars if it...
Read moreLet me start out by saying that I love Taco Bell. But ever since this one has opened, it has demonstrated poor service. A couple months ago, I went there at 10:30 pm and no one was answering the drive-thru prompter. So I drive to the window and a guy said that his manager told him to close up. (They are supposed to close at midnight). In a recent trip at about 11:10 pm, I go through the drive thru and the guy just couldn't get my order right. I repeated myself three times and then I just gave up figuring the order was close enough (and I didn't want them to do anything to my food). I get my food and when I get home, the order was completely wrong. I go for the receipt and there isn't one (and they forgot my napkins too). I didn't want to deal with it right then (because I knew if I called, I would be answered by the same people who served me and they weren't helpful at all). Next day, I give them a call and a guy claiming to be the manager says no problem, come in and give them my name and everything will be fixed. A couple of days later, I go at 9:55 pm and enter the lobby. The moment I enter the lobby, one of their employees tells me that the lobby is closed (the sign says that the lobby closes at 10:00 pm). I am now kind of agitated, because I would have prefered to have this resolved face-to-face. So, I go through the drive-thru. With only one car infront of me, I am not answered until 10:08 (that is 13 minutes later!). I try to explain the situation, but the name of the manager that I give they say doesn't exist. Then they say they can't help me without a receipt (which they didn't give me). Well, I called the corporate office because they need to fix somethings at...
Read moreLet me start by saying that I frequent Taco Bell multiple times per week.
I have never been to a Taco Bell worse than this establishment. Taco Bell corporate NEEDS to get involved.
The one thing I liked about this Taco Bell is the guy who took my order. Friendly and professional. He worked the night shift Monday Sep 3, 2018. He has a tattoo on his right forearm and short hair. I wish I knew his name but this is the best description I can provide.
First demerit. The order time here is always ridiculously long. Tonight was marginally better, but only because there were no customers. Come to think of it, I seldom see other customers at this location, probably because customers have elected to travel to other locations to find their quality fast food. I digress. It’s not uncommon for me to wait 10-15 minutes for my food at this location.
Secondly, the food here ranges from 1-10 here in quality. That sounds normal, but let me say that a 1 is not edible and 10 is unsatisfactory. I usually rate the food here about a 3 or 4. I have never had an order that I felt was fresh. It’s either a stale taco shell, beans from a batch opened hours ago, or most recently, nacho cheese that just tasted old.
Lastly, the dining room is never clean. Enough said.
Taco Bell. This location is a bad mark on your brand. Seriously, it’s terrible, and I consider myself a lover of Taco Bell.
Hopefully this survey does not fall on deaf ears, because my experience has consistently been awful at this location, which is why I avoid it at all costs. Sometimes a desperate man just needs his Taco Bell and doesn’t want to drive far, but I can barley even call this location...
