1-2 MONTHS AGO: I really hope they don't ever put their products in stores like target, Walmart, etc because (as my husband said- and I agree) I truly believe that once a great company does this, the quality of their products go down because they have to mass produce. (Just my thoughts 🤷🏽‍♀️)

This is literally all I use unless I'm traveling, I use dial soap because I don't want to accidentally forget it- i feel like cherish this soap lol!. Anyway, i've been using them for about a year now their shipping is much quicker than before and their soaps leave my skin clean and fresh. I'm still skeptical about using their soap directly on my 😻 only because I'm so sensitive and I rather not risk it. My husband loves the soap too. I've put so many people on this soap that I deserve a piece of the investment lol! Jk! I LOVE THEIR SOAPS!!! I also really like only a couple of their butters and scrubs. I have to stay stocked up on the soaps tho. (in the picture below i use older soaps first and newest last- just in case they expire- which i doubt) P.s.I just ordered more of their Eve soaps (2), butter and oil!! The Adam and Eve collection is expensive but the Eve and particular smells SOO GOOD and leaves me skin feeling like heaven! I can definitely tell the ingredients are unique and special!! I haven't tried the Adam soap. I only buy the Eve collection when I feel like treating myself. Anyway, try them out!!

UPDATE 1/17/23: This is a updated on the Eve collection (soap, oil and butter). Like I mentioned, it does leave my skin feeling soft and I can tell the ingredients are quality. I rate the Eve collection a 3.5/5.. The oil and butter just doesn't last long at all. Maybe a couple hours with me just lounging around the house in shorts and a tank top. I've use both oil and butter separately and, ive mixed them together as well and it absorbes VERY quickly. It's nice that it doesn't leave a residue but the scent along with the moisture doesn't last at all. The soap lathers good, doesn't leave skin dry. It smells good right out the wrapping and, maybe after a day of using it. However i did notice a difference in smell after about the second or 3rd day of using it (i bought 3 soaps and the scent changed with all of them) I store the soap on the wooden dish that I purchased from this company as well and I've stored it on my wire rack too. Idk. I dont think any of that should change the smell. I rate the soap a 3/5. Yes its pricey but because of the scent changing, that's the only reason why wouldn't buy it again. The scent doesn't change with any other soap I've used from them. i'll just stick to the other soaps...

I received my package containing a little over $154 worth of products from Herb n eden on yesterday and it was full of ants. I shaked them off the box and when I opened the box, the numerous ants were all over the soap boxes and had gotten inside the soap boxes to the soap bars. Some of the ants were already dead. I could not bring the package into my home until I sprayed the package with insect repellant and then place the packge in a sealed garbage bag and bring it into my garage for safe keeping. There were some ants that got on the serums and toner packaging but could not get to to bottles because of the plastic bubble wrap. Only the the soaps were affected. I called the store today about the issue and wanted to take the package back to the store for an exchange and she informed me to not bring package to the store because the customer service manager was not in. She said that the customer service manager Kenneth is only available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to address concerns and to take pictures of the package report concern on the website. I was very surprised that a business would not have customer service available during all hours of operation to actually address concerns. Customer service dept should be available at all business operating hours. Customer service is high priority in a business. I should have been given the option to exchange the products at the store. I am very disappointed. I will await resolution next week when the customer service manager is available.🙄😒I submitted all pictures of the package with the ants to Herbneden customer service. My best friend suggested this company to me, as I suffer from lighter spots on my face, not darker ones. I ordered the hyperpigmentation kit, and was mailed the acne & oily kit. I was looking forward to using this product, only to have to wait even longer than the already long delivery time because they got my order wrong! I will say, though, that I was very pleased with how quickly customer service responded to my situation! Since I had already opened the kit before realizing it was incorrect, I could not return it. They immediately shipped out the correct kit and did not re-charge me for it. But when I received the correct one, the turmeric mask had exploded inside the kit, spilled out into the shipping box, and onto my furniture when I retrieved the box from my porch. Again, I contacted customer service, and they immediately responded and shipped out a properly sealed turmeric mask, free of charge. Lastly, I saw so many reviews saying how this kit evened out the complexion for women with dark spots, so I emailed HNE to inquire if it would have the same result for light spots, and was told it would not. So now I have a kit that I’m still using because I paid for it, but it may or may not even work. This sucks. I’ve been using the HP Kit during the daytime along with the turmeric soap bar (nighttime routine) for about 3 weeks, and I like the glow it gives my skin, so I will see how this goes.
