Clemintines — Local services in Lititz

I purchased a full price item in here and when I tried it on with my outfit it didn't work. I took it back 2 days later and imagine my surprise when they said no returns - only store credit. The clerk noted it was not stamped on my receipt as it should have been. However even if it was are their customers supposed to look on the back of their cash register tape receipt to see the store policy ? By then it is too late. I believe if that is their policy the customer should either be told before purchasing or there should be a very visible sign stating no returns. I will not be returning...

Great clothing; unfortunately their return policy is “gift card only”…in two days, with receipt.
