It's an old person store, much like Cub... Staff is ok, but if you get any kind of Snap funds, you'll wanna shop elsewhere...
Also the bakery is hit or miss, once we bought a ROCK HARD cookie nearly chipped a tooth, tried to tell them about it & she just shrugged...
Another time the cookie was raw on the inside (pretty sure that can upset your tummy, but I'm no doctor) ...
Anyway tried to tell them that so they'd at least remove that batch, or bake it longer (I thought I was helping) & the gal actually said: "some people like them like that" 😂🤣🙃🙃🙃🙃
Well whatever Coborons, I'll continue to use you when other stores aren't fully stocked (& I'll pay about a buck 50 more per item) ...
My pharmacy is also in this store so I'm not gonna ghost anytime soon. 👻
Be sure 2 dress up nice when you go to Coborons so you'll blend in w/all the other boomers 😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Update: Just a friendly reminder if you're going to be bagging people's items PLEASE make sure ALL of their bags make it into the cart, and if you notice one left behind, please by all means take a little peek into your lobby & see if the customer is still there. That's the right thing to do.... SO much better than making a person get all the way home & unpack everything just to realize one of your bags were left at the store in the bagging...
Read moreExtremely judgmental supervisors and management. This is the worst Coborn`s to exist. We have avoided this location for the last year and now remember why. Manager lies about laws to save face. Told me they can't do a return on Meat, Dairy or Produce because of Minnesota state in law. Funny thing was I really didn't want a return; just felt I paid more for something than I felt was fair. Was treated awful and lied to so have decided I will never return to this location ever again. Customers service and integrity is everything to me and an entire year have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. In addition it is not against Minnesota state law to return any of these items at a grocery retailer or outlet. The item in question was less than 1 hour...

We were in line waiting near the postal area when Brandon starting help someone else before us when we were ahead of them. He started to get snippy with us when we said we were here first. I told him forget it after the rude remark to me. Then outside I called and asked for the manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up because I was on hold for so long.
