What a great place. Stopped in there tonight after a long day because they stay open till 8:00! The guy working was very helpful and found my kid exactly what he needed. He was very knowledgeable about the materials used in each shoe and what they are meant for. they have a great selection and very reasonable prices. Helped us get in and out of there with feeling good about what we bought. Willing to keep stuff in stock and order footwear along with sending them to our house. Never going to Walmart fleet farm or Target for footwear again. Nice local professionally ran shoe store. I will also be buying my work boots from there...

Bought a pair of work boots there. Wore them once. NEVER WORE THEM OUTSIDE like I was told. Took them back after 2 weeks with receipt. First was told I don’t have the box to return them. Then I was told I wore them......Dahhh. Lady never checked the shoes to see why I was returning them. Then had the balls to tell me my $85 I spent was a ZERO return. Took them to Rermels in Randall. Turns out the memory foam had a defect in it which was causing the pain. Thanks for fixing them Tim at Bermels. Will never shop Shor Sensation again. I stopped in the store today with my 2 year old son, I had $200 to buy 2 pair of shoes. There was one other customer in the store at the time of our visit and the sales associate didn't even acknowledge the fact that my son and I were in the store. We were there for 30 minutes and tried on shoes throughout the store. As we left (without making a purchase), the associate was at the register and still didn't acknowledge us leaving.
