KFC — Restaurant in Little Falls

The buffet barely has anything on it anymore. No more chicken noodle soup, no more mac and cheese, havent seen fresh bread pudding in a while, biscuits were old and dry. When I was there the other day the customer service was great but the apple crisp had no oatmeal topping it was just a pan of apple filling.the chicken was the last 2 pieces in the pan and you could tell they let them sit until someone took them before they put fresh stuff and to me it needs to be fresh at all times, they could do what pizza ranch does and use the chicken that wasn't eaten in time and isn't brand new and fresh and shred it up to use for their cold salad bar. Ive been trying to give them more chances to make the buffet bigger and so have many others but it doesn't have any more stuff yet so it just isn't worth the price. Pizza ranch is like the same price and offers 3x what KFC has. They need to listen to customers and make it how it used to be because it is not worth the money without all of that stuff. I had actually applied and got hired at this place and during the interveiw the manager actually complained about the customers complaining said that and I quote " they complain and we fix it and yet they still come back so it must not be that dirty." I just looked at him and thought how unprofessional and he's the manager.... any way while doing my orientation a couple dats later I found out my babysitter was sick and had to leave the next day second orientation day the dad and I took my baby to urgent care and he was sick. I didn't call KFC because I forgot. This morning I wake up to a text form the manager saying " don't bother coming back you didn't stay for your whole first shift and you didn't call in door your second. How rude can they be they just fire you without asking why to anything and honestly I don't care. They think they are going to remodel the place and get more customers then I suggest that they change their employees that work there as well!...

since the recent remodel the buffet is very limited ! not even lettuce ! much smaller than before and less selection than other kfc's that i visit. great chicken pot pies tho ! not many people there but the garbages were overflowing onto the floor ! they stopped making fresh cookies and had pre packaged cookies that were not nearly as good. but nice people at the counter ! dirty tables.
