We bought a mower in June and used it three times and broke. We bought an extra 2 year warranty from tractor company and when we tried to take it back they told us we have to take it back at the factory which is in another state. We never tried to take something back anywhere and not get return or money back at the store we bought it from. Very misleading especially when you pay for a warranty from the place we bought it from. I wouldn't go here to buy anything again. Defective products without being able to return it. I wouldn't give this place 1 star because when we talked to management they did nothing but turn the blame on us on what did we do wrong instead of trying to fix the issue, in fact we had more money to spend on something else if they didn't give us the run around with a defective product/mower they sold is at the end we left with a broken mower. And tractor with out another purchase. Bad products horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this...
Read moreJust left the store returning a battery core. The cashier was completely rude. She tried scanning the old dead Napa battery like 5 times. I asked her if I could have my receipt back and showed her the 10 dollar core. She told me I'm not explaining it good, and I told her it's just a standard core return. She then went back to trying to scan the old Napa brand battery. I told her again that battery won't scan, it's a core. She tells me again that I'm not explaining it right to her in a tone like I'm the idiot. Then tells me I'm causing trouble, and she's going to trespass me from the store lol. Read moreNot thrilled. Ordered a new gun cabinet, box was destroyed when we picked it up, large scratches on bottom of gun cabinet, and deep gouges on the inside of the cabinet down past the bare steel.
Also charged my card 3 extra times totaling $800 plus $100 in overdraft fees because the mobile app was having issues with Apple Pay, so now I’m about $900 negative in my checking account.
Will not be returning anytime soon, and if issue is not resolved I will be filing a complaint with attorney general plus any additional legal...
