Updated: It was decent until I tried to return galvanized fittings with their barcodes on them. Apparently a receipt is necessary to return things now. That isn't atypical, but I asked when I purchased them if it would be a problem and they said so long as it wasn't over a year or two, they wouldn't see an issue. As a homeowner, taking into the consideration the price of their stuff, I'll be driving to a big box store in a Brained from now on.

Oh, did I mention that when I went here for some deer slugs, I had to find the case myself because someone was too lazy to open the unmarked case and actually stock the shelf? The package was in the manufacturer's carton, and in the wrong spot. It took me twenty minutes to find it and there were no offers to help even though they saw me walk in and greeted me. Done. I'm done....

I was happier before the new location, they seem to have less hardware and tools, and home repair items than before, yet they have a full isle of garden hoses, and lawnmowers. Every single store in town has that, where every store in town didn't have hydraulic fittings, or a wide assortment of breaker switches. Plus now everyone on the west side has to drive accross town and by 3 other stores on the way that have as many if not more items fleet carries, and one has an attached grocery store. I wouldn't be surprised if this proves a mediocre or even a poor...

Extremely disappointed as a long time customer at this store. Bought a bottle of chlorine bleach to disinfect a sprayer. Bottle had the safety seal removed before I purchased. Bottle tipped over on my way home, but I did not give it much thought until I started smelling chlorine. Spilled everywhere staining my carpet in my truck. I called to tell them what happened and they offered no assistance. Stay away from this store as they will do nothing to help you after the sale. Will do all of my business somewhere else. Terrible customer...
