Veterans of Foreign Wars - Post 809 — Local services in Little Ferry

Dear Bob, Captain, Kathy,

Thank you for helping my family and I to make my daughters First Holy Communion the party she prayed for.

The Hosts of the VFW made time for me and my family to see the space in advance, go over our specifics, and review the contract. The Prep time, Start Time and End time was clearly laid out so we knew how much time we had to make our party princess happy. Mr. Bob was very kind and helpful.

The space was large and exactly what we were looking for. We planned for seating and feeding about 80 people with space to dance.

The day of the party the VFW team was ready for us and were very helpful.

The bathrooms were clean and close by. Their Veteran bar was available to our party for our loved ones to enjoy. They helped me to be aware of the bar budget I had as the party was going on. I appreciated that since I had a busy day making sure everything was perfect.

the people were absolutely rude. don’t believe the small amount of undescriptive reviews. the people in charge were giving us attitude about EVERYTHING. everything seemed to be an issue when we held our event. we were hammered with an issue every 5 seconds to the point where we could not fully enjoy our event & you’d think paying for the venue would result in nicer accomodations but i cannot remember one moment of kindness. avoid this place at all costs if you want to enjoy your event from...

The staff here for my friends child's birthday were absolutely unhelpful. They "worked on getting the heat" on for the entirety of of the rental period.
