Wei Chuan Kitchen — Restaurant in Little Ferry

This is not the time to have bad customer service. They left a mailer in my mailbox so I decided to give them a try. This is my first try and my last. I ordered crab wontons and when my delivery arrived (along with a bunch of other stuff) there was no sweet dipping sauce for them. I called to inquire and they told me you have to buy it. We all know those come with the sweet and sour sauce but ok. Let me know when I order and I will pay for it. They didn’t and then I call and you tell me nobody gives the sauce with them?! Sir. Lies you tell. I get it. We’re in a pandemic and you’re trying to make every penny. No problem but that was not the way. There are a TON of spots like this in my area. I’ll just take my order and money to those because a small container of sauce meant more to you than making sure i order from you again...

Disappointing Experience

I recently ordered from Wei Chuan Kitchen in Little Ferry, NJ, and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the House Special Fried Rice with Chicken Wings and another order of White Rice with General Tso's Chicken. Both dishes were underwhelming—the food was poorly cooked, lacked flavor, and the portions were sad. The chicken wings were especially disappointing: barely any meat and looked depressing. For two small, uninspired orders, I was charged $40.

I understand inflation is affecting everyone, but this level of quality and value is unacceptable. I strongly suggest checking out other local options, like Great Wall China Restaurant in Little Ferry, which has been far more consistent in quality and value. This was a frustrating and depressing experience—I wish I could...

Placed an order with the restaurant asking for a broccoli with garlic sauce and brown rice instead they just sent a vegetable spring roll. Called them back and the lady insisted that’s there but all of my coworkers received their food except for 2 other people whose orders were not correct either! I never received my order and the lady says she’ll make a small brown rice. I told her no there’s no broccoli with garlic sauce either. They made one too many mistakes in the past with our orders. Food is good but their service sucks! They will not listen to your order over the phone! They rush and don’t double check the orders!
