ALDI — Local services in Little Rock Township

Update: I no longer reccomend this store. Ever since they got the self checkouts it has been frustrating visiting the store. They don't accept cash and there's only one cashier to help, while also attempting to checkout other customers. Quality of service and products has gone down while prices raise, though prices are raising everywhere. Unfortunantely this store is completely mismanaged and has gone downhill tremendously.

OriginaI: I highly, highly recommend Aldi to any and everyone. Great products and great produce and meat. I can buy healthier food for a lower cost. They have much a larger variety now that they remodeled as well. The produce is always phenomenal and I have never had any issues with meat or dairy either. Normally a wonderful store, but they have just taken out over half the checkout registers to install absolutely horrible, tiny self-check outs. They were running 1 real check out line for all the customers. So be prepared to wait in longer lines, and for this company to cut even more jobs. All so that you, the customer, can do even more work for the owners. I could understand ADDING maybe 1 or 2 self checkout for those in a rush, but to remove half of the real ones, and then only staff one of them, it's not right. I expect this kind of cannibalistic corporate behavior from Walmart with it's endless quarterly profit seeking, but Aldi is privately held and has chosen profits over it's employees,...

Everytime I come here looking for something specific like the frozen seafood combo pack they never have it. Drove to 4 different Aldi's, same thing.....staff half a** restocking the shelves and The cooperate ceo's and executives slacking at the batavia distribution center not conducting proper trailer packing and shipping. Aldi used to be my go to spot. Now I would rather shop at target in Yorkville, Or miejer in Oswego. Everytime I come here they have zero flushable...
