Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Little Rock Township

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. We ordered our food online and set a time for pick up an hour and a half later. When we get there to puck up our order, the cashier tells me it's gonna be another twenty minutes. So I go out to car and wait. Twenty minutes later I go into get food and they can't find my order in the computer. So I pointed to the lady cashier and said she just told me I had to wait 20 more minutes for my food. Then she remembered she cleared out my order and put receipt on counter. Manager came to counter and said we are still waiting on breadsticks. So after another five minutes I get my food and leave. I get home, sit down to eat and my pizza is cold, hard and taste like it doesn't even have sauce on it. This place is dirty inside and out. Service here absolutely sucks. Will never eat here again and don't recommend this...

When I went to pick up my order everything was done except they forgot to put my chocolate chip cookie in the oven because "too much came in at one time" at that point I wish the would have just refunded the cookie but was never offered as they had it in the oven. So I waited. Finally it came put. They staff all seem to crowd each other around the warmers as they were confused about stuff. When I was handed my order the bag for the breadsticks was open and they way everything was was stacked made it real easy for something to slide off and eventually that cookie I had to wait for slid off and hit the parking lot. It did not come out of the package but it was a real mess since it had just come out of the oven. I always tastes like ther is sauce contamination in this store too. Pizza was whatever, had no real "pizzaz" to it. Had gotten the chicken sausage medium and it literally was whatever. We ordered a bacon cheese bread special, and we got a garlic one instead. And not only that, the garlic bread that we didn't ordered was so entrenched with raw garlic, I figured that I can scrap it off and use it for cooking later on in the week and save some money from going to the grocery store. We also ordered a side of chicken Alfredo pasta but when you open the box, the portion was a little lower than half of the aluminum bowl it came in. For this issue, I don't know if it's a store policy and that's the normal portion that it comes in. I wouldn't know, since this is my first time eating from this Pizza Hut location but if that's the case, Definitely not ordering pasta again if that's the case. Just a...
