Been visiting this establishment for years. Recently their customer service has gone WAY downhill-and I work customer service as my career! In the last 6 months I have had numerous issues where they have refused to stand by their business and serve the customer fairly and admit or compensate when they are in the wrong. Before you get your order, itâs generally checked by the cook first, and the register girl second. So how is it, that when ordering two dinners, only one is received?! When brought to their attention, and asked for replacement sides with the dinner that was missed, because now.... those will be cold! I was refused! This was purchased in the drive thru. If I brought the ENTIRE order back, then I would receive new order in its entirety, without acknowledging that I now need to drive all the way back and not be compensated for THEIR error! I was offered 10pct discount on next order, that will be kept âon the booksâ but wonât tell you that you have to use within 30 days. Well, they donât stand by that either!!! Been there/done that before! That was my experience over an item missed from my order ... value was $2.69 for the item in August 2017. When I returned on next visit, they refused to honor comp. Only because I agree on supporting local businesses, I have recently started visiting this establishment again, thought.. give a second chance. Well, as the saying goes, fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice? Well, you know! So this instance happened where entire dinner was missing and decided that I would bring order back for full refund, as clearly they do not value their customers or customer experience. Upon returning, the employee continued to apply SALT IN THE WOUND and completely emtpy all contents of bag that they gave me!! To verify Iâm returning everything!! Are you kidding me?!?!?!    Read moreThis was always my to-go to local fast food joint that I was always happy to recommend, though my experience tonight has left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in with a couple people in front of me which is no big deal, but service felt incredibly slow with each order taking almost 5 minutes. When I placed my order, I had to ask for my receipt which felt like an awkward pause longer than it needed to be. While my wait for food felt normal, it seemed like others had to wait around 15-20 minutes to get their food and there were numerous errors with some to go orders. Overall, it seems like the staff had no clue what they were doing and it really showed with the environment. Maybe the new staff are still trying to get accustomed to regular business, but this dine in experience has left me feeling very unsure and cold, which matches how the food turned out for some patrons.    Read moreI ordered a Jumbo Gryros Plate and paid for extra sauce. I live about fifteen miles from Tastee Bite and it is out of the way. Once I got home to share the meal with my family, I found that the order was missing the sauce, I was given 4 tiny slices of tomato and a few pieces of onion. Can you tell me how I was going to feed my family without sauce? Not a drop of sauce that I paid extra for. I was so mad I called twice and left a message a few days apart. No One returned my call. I went to the place the following week and left a written complaint and requested a refund. Who ever is the manager of this place should be fired, the lady at the counter opened a BOOK of complaints and if this manager treats customers like I was treated (Completely Ignored) It is no wonder why there is an entire notebook of complaints.
