Went to T-Mobile in Plano IL, 20 min before they closed and we were still met with a smile and a happy hello from Maris!!! Who proved herself to be a literal miracle worker/ Angel from above! We had gone days with no internet due to a mishap with Mediacom and I had no data or hot spot that was working and wanted to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile for better prices and deals. Plus this to me was a real live emergency that needed tending to asap because I had four kids at home whom we’re about to drive me to the brink of insanity, on our soon to be 4 days now with no wifi. Its sad we’ve become a society so dependent on the internet but you quite literally can’t function in the world without it! So here we were with only 20 minutes on a Saturday night to solve all our technology problems. I was thinking please God let us atleast walk out of here with one of our phones fully working so everyone can log into my hot spot! Not only did Maris help us with one phone but 3 and set us up with home internet helping us not only solve all our issues but save us 150 bucks a month I couldn’t be happier with T-Mobile and their Great team of people in Plano iL. Thank you Maris for making everything better from the minute we walked in the door with your great customer service and enormous patience and never making us feel bad for keeping you an hour past closing 😮 and for Ivette helping near the end there make it go smoothly and efficiently to get us out of there and setting up internet so all we had to do was plug it in when we got home! Read moreVery friendly staff, however, they don’t know how to do what you’ll ask them to do. My boyfriend recently upgraded to the 15 pro max at their location, asking that they transfer all of his data over to the new phone. We decided to set it up at home, and they never stopped us even though we HAD to come back for a code to activate the phone. Then, it turns out they failed to back up my boyfriend’s data & wiped it all completely, now this wouldn’t be much of an issue if my boyfriend could get back into his apple ID, but he can’t. His apple ID is hooked to his old android phone number, which is weird because he switched numbers when he went with Apple. T-Mobile was of absolutely no use & recommended he go to the Apple store in Naperville. Even the manager at T-Mobile couldn’t help.The Apple store also failed to help. So not only has my boyfriend lost all of his contacts, notes, and messages, but he also lost our hundreds of photos together that we’ve collected over the past year and 3 months. I’m so so SO disappointed in the lack of profession at this location. We have lost half our memories just because a tech employee doesn’t know how...

Kylan worked with us for almost 2 hours, everything from home internet, to switching phones, to bringing lines over from other companies, to making sure we got the best offers and kick backs and rebates. He made sure all the little nuanced asked we had were fully explained & accommodated.
I am not an easy customer, I have so many questions and he was so patient, so willing, and did such a great job.
I’d highly recommend asking for him in you have questions or want to make sure you get the best T-Mobile has to offer.
