I went in with my mother, who is not technically savy, to switch from Sprint to Verizon. We made an appointment for 4pm. Remington helped us with switching form Sprint ot Verizon and was very patient throughout the whole process. Sprint was not very cooperative and we ended up staying over closing time. Remington did not try to rush us at all or try to pressure my mom into any phones or packages that she didn't need. We will definitely suggest going to this Plano location as well as request Remington for anyone thinking about making the switch. My mom is very happy with her service. She lives in the middle of a cornfield and has had no dropped calls since she switched to Verizon whereas we were constantly reconnecting with Sprint. Read moreVery disappointed with the lack of employees at this store They run on a skeleton crew . The wait is over an hour at times. Two people in front of me, left in a huff. I wanted to turn in an old phone so I could get a rebate with in the 2 weeks. The employee was very very new. He handed me the phone back and said I don't know how to do this come back Monday. Its not his fault but the lack of training or support. I will drive out of my way not to go back. Sunday the door locks were also broke. Another customer let me in. I saw people come to the door and left since they thought the store was not open. This store needs some major help. Also not to even mention how one female employee made me feel incompetent when I asked for them to reexplain how I was getting billed. I could go on...Verizon corporate you need to get involved...
Read moreI went to the Plano Verizon store to upgrade one of our lines. Alex initially assisted me with the purchase and she was very helpful. It was busy and she was working alone that morning so I'm sure it was stressful for her but she did wonderful with the chaos of people. She greeted every person that came in with a smile and let them know she would be with them shortly (unless it was a quick question she could answer for them). Thomas helped me later when I called about questions and not only found out the information I was asking about but reached out to me to touch base before he had answers.
