I cannot begin to express the worst experience I have ever had in over 45 years of shopping and investing in local businesses. There are so many wrong practices to choose from that I don’t even know where to begin, so I will simply sum up the ending, which is the closure of a horrible experience, and I am taking them to court the owner Mr. Butler after his staff sold a asbestos water stained damaged mattress, which by the way was the wrong size to the box springs that I Purchased I bought and paid for boxspring and mattress show it off the showroom floor what was loaded onto the back of my U-Haul was a queen size mattress, and a full-size boxspring I took it back the next day to save them the trouble of having to come and pick it up When I arrived the seemingly courteous staff the day previous greeted me with an angry and hostile greeting because I brought back there mold and asbestos water stain mattress Mr. Butler approached as if he intended to make good on this illegal transaction of selling a damaged product in a new Furniture advertised store. The end of this experience was Mr. Butler indicating I could take it or leave it there were no refund which you can see by the photos. They have severe roof damage, which you know the rain that Little Rock, AR has been inundated with, and Mr. Butler was without recompense fot selling this damaged mattress. There, strong arm robbery practice of selling damage goods without notice to the customer is illegal and immoral. We didn’t see anything else we wanted and asked for a refund but some bald guy stopped us saying he can accommodate us and get something better and he would match the price if we paid 200 dollars more we agreed and took the deal he upgraded our 2 piece to a three piece sofa love and recliner chair if we matched his 200, but when it was time to up hold his end of the deal he got hostile trying to loud talk my wife saying he didn’t say this and that and even told us to take him to court if we wanted a refund 😂 but when we explained to him word from word what he said he gave us all three pieces of the set. Read moreHorrific experience! On May 9th (Wednesday) I purchased (paid in full) a dinning room set. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered the following day. The owner then called and said ' I'm sorry I didn't look before and I have to order it'. I said no problem when can I expect it? He states Monday morning (May 14th). It is now 1:10p May 14th, I have no table and no phone call to explain why. I go to the location and was treated poorly by the owner he gave me multiple excuses then dismiss me with a wave of his hand and told another gentleman to 'handle that'. They will not give my money back because I "didnt get a lay away plan". I still do not have a table and was told they will deliver even later today. If you enjoy being mistreated, lied to, taken advantage of and disrespected then support Butler Furniture they will oblige. I still do not have a table nor do I have my hard earned $630.02.
