Aaron told me that I was paying for a platform bed and it doesnât have enough slacks. So I put the box spring under the mattress. The frame is so low it looks stupid. He told me that I wouldnât need a box spring. He also told me that the delivery and assembly was one fee but the delivery guy tried to charge me 20 bucks. So that would have been 70 bucks in total just for a bed frame delivery and assembly. It was just a 200 dollar frame. The delivery guy did it for free once he realized that the headboard screws were not in the box. Iâve been waiting two weeks for the screws and sleeping on the floor since we donât have it. Iâm so happy that I didnât buy anything else from them. I bought my mattress from mattress firm! They gave me an awesome deal! I got a 500 dollar mattress for 270 on Black Friday. They said they ordered the screws but I donât believe them. They also told me that I canât get a refund but everything that was supposed to come with my frame didnât. I will never shop here again! I advised everyone else not to! Iâm only rating one star because I have to in order to give my personal experience with this company. Aaron even wrote my first review so I could get a 5% discount that I donât even think I got. So this is my honest review.
After two weeks of calling this store every single day asking for them I asked to speak with the manager! He tried to check in on the order and acted like the employees never put the order in. He gets the same platform and takes those screws out. He also gave us some extra screws. So it took two weeks to get them but the manager has the best customer service of any of the sales representatives. I knew that this could be done. I was waiting for them to get the other screws and replace them with the ones they said they ordered two weeks ago! I chose my furniture and they told me that furniture wouldnât ship until I paid most if not all of it off which is definitely understandable. I come in maybe under a month later after receiving a call that my furniture wouldnât be here until mid January of 2021. Thatâs unacceptable!!! So I come up to the store because they told me I could choose something else, cool. I get to the store and they literally have nothing on hand and everything is apparently on back order WOW!!! So the rep Solomon tells me that he would call the sister locations with my preferences and give me a call and text me pictures the next day. That clearly didnât happen. I had to call and find out that he âapparently calledâ and they didnât have anything that I wanted but that some new things might be in within the next few weeks. First problem is that he lied and never called or texted me and second why would it be ok for a customer to have to wait weeks on the possibility that something will come in. On top of that when they canât meet there customers needs like their satisfaction guarantee says they give you the option to fill out a refund request form and they make sure you understand that itâs just a request meaning that if they decide your reason for the refund isnât valid under their terms then they can deny it and you will just have to pick something they have or wait a long period of time for what you want.    Read moreMy experience with this business has been very disgusting and disappointing. The entire deal has been shady as far as I'm concerned and they say there's a no return policy. I made the purchase Sept. 1, 2018 & arranged for it to be delivered Sept. 4, 2018. There was a problem with the delivery so I didn't accept. The manager nor his boss would answer their phones to assist the delivery guy. Keith another salesperson tried to assist with resolving that situation. They didn't answer his calls. The next day the manager who sold the items to me gave his spill regarding what happened. I allowed the delivery to be made a 2nd time. Later I discovered that all the furniture pieces weren't with the delivery. I called again and inquired about it. The manager says oh I thought I told you that when we talked the first time about the delivery (shadiness)! When I made the purchase I was told "We have everything in the back and it will be delivered Tuesday Sept. 4th". Well Sept. 5th when I agreed to let they make the delivery, they didn't have what I ordered. There's more but I'll stop there and save the rest for an attorney should we have to go that far.
