Honest friendly and very helpful There is another place in Little Rock and I believe Conway as well stay far away from them they lie lie lie and then lie a little more to get any sale that they can if they lie about one thing they can lie about anything Shop here Dude even stopped by my car after already being there 40 minutes later than quitting time tapped on my window to make sure I was able to get my phone set up with my preferred carrier! I didnt think I'd come back to write this after almost 2 years of purchasing a phone with these guys but I had been using iPhone 11 from them for no problem up until a few weeks ago. I had it under a Verizon phone plan and suddenly my services were disconnected. After reaching out, I was told that the phone was stolen and blacklisted by the original carrier. Maybe they didn't know they're buying sketchy devices but that's not cool at all because I obviously had to go buy a brand new phone, I wouldn't even try dealing...

I bought a iPhone 8 from this store and it was in excellent condition and the price was reasonable. After a few weeks the keyboard stopped typing certain letters and I returned it to Cell Depot and they replaced the screen under warranty and the phone works perfectly.
