Chicot Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Little Rock

Placed an order and made it clear that I would like my food made fresh. Husband picked it up and brought it to me at work. Ckn was hard, dry, and hard to chew. Veggies looked old. I called and stated food wasn't made fresh like i requested and he told me, he cooked it this morning so it being 1230 in the afternoon makes the food still fresh. Poor customer service! Food was disgusting. Was told I had to leave work and bring the food back or keep it till 5 and bring back to get a refund when my husband stopped back through on his way home. The service here is always horrible, but my husband loves it despite the issues we have EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today, my order was taken wrong. Then I told them it was wrong. The Lady out front told me that they have to remake my order. Ok. No problem. She said 5mins. I waited 10min just to be told that they did not remake my order, but gave me a side order of veggies while my original order sat out on the counter. This is ridiculous! I drove 20 mins for nothing! I order this so much, I feel as if it is purposely done. Good food HORRIBLE...

Yesterday was the first time I ate here and the last. It made me sick and my son sick food poisoning is no joke I wish I would have seen someone else say they got food poisoning I would have never ordered here!I don’t know if the food is old or the place isn’t clean but I will not be back I thought it would be good after seeing reviews but I don’t know what happened yesterday just gross I think the health department needs to come check...
