Hollywood Audio Video — Local services in Little Rock

I recently engaged Hollywood Audio and Video for an installation in my new home. A few words to describe my experience: punctual, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, exceptional.

David is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of audio and video technology spanning the last 20 years. Not only is he an expert consultant, he's very proficient in solutions architecting, cabling up and also fine tuning installations - and he is very professional when training the user on system functionality. I can also attest that he possesses a very solid ability to troubleshoot issues should any arise.

Terry is a highly skilled and versatile installations expert who takes pride in every task that he performs. I watched him meticulously ascend a ladder 3 times in order to tighten a speaker bracket "just a little bit more" to insure that it was as flush as it could be. Attention to detail, desire to do it right or not at all, professional courtesy along with a broad range of installation abilities are what made Terry stand out while at my home.

The combination of David and Terry's abilities and professionalism made for a perfect and highly recommended installation experience. I will definitely be using them again for initial consultation along with purchasing and installation whenever I upgrade...

I have done business with David Medlock and Hollywood Audio Video for almost 20 years. He has installed many systems for me as well as designed them. I have referred him to many friends who have had the same great experience. Hollywood by far has the most knowledge in this industry and has a policy of doing things right the first time and leaving no loose ends to a project. Many of my AV installs have been very complicated multi-zone, whole house installs. Hollywood creates seamless integration of all equipment and makes everything look like it is supposed to be there, or even make it look like its not even there at all! In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, David took the time to explain and teach us everything! He explained everything in a way we could understand it. Our remote that controls all our devices is the most amazing thing that we have ever had. ONE REMOTE controls everything and it is labeled so we know what to do. David programmed it and set it up for us and taught us how to use it. He took time to answer al our questions and made sure we were ready to operate our system before he left.
