I placed a mobile order and my food was wrong also I was missing food. When I went back up there for the second time to let the employee know my food was messed up and I was missing food she instantly caught a attitude I could see it all over her face her whole facial expression came she start looking confused, eyes getting big, throwing her hands in the air claim she doesn’t remember making my food. She then ask me for her receipt and i told her she didn’t give me a receipt but i do have the online mobile order receipt. I’m not sure if she was the only one working there tonight I didn’t see anyone else in there besides her i did ask to speak to someone else just to find out she was the manger (couldn’t believe it) she proceeded to ask me if I had the bag for the kids meal that I was missing the chicken strips out of. Of course i didn’t have the bag my daughter ate the fries what you wanted me to bring an empty bag??? Why would I come back up there for chicken strips, for you to replace my breakfast burrito that was original order as bacon but I got sausage frito chili pie chips were stale & chili was OLD! She had such a nasty attitude about it didn’t, she didn’t bother to offer to fix anything when I ask about getting my money back she claim I have to reach out to someone in the app to get a refund! Read moreMy boyfriend and I go frequently, however, tonight was probably the worst service over all we've ever received. Sitting in one of the stalls, we had to press the button three times before an employee actually answered, telling us they were closing the stalls for the night, and that we should go through the drive-thru. After proceeding to the drive-thru, the speaker and mic were not on and we were ignored, once again.

After being ignored, we decided to continue through the drive around to the window. There were currently three cars in front of us and no one had moved in quite some time. That being considered, there were three employees standing at the back on a smoke break, and what appeared to be only one worker trying to get the line moving. She had a couple of sonic bags and a drink in her hand. She walked out of the door and started going car to car asking who ordered what. Once she approached us, we told her that we had not ordered and all that we wanted was one large drink. She apologized, and told us it would be on her tonight. She went on past us to another car, and when she came back by us she offered us two drinks. She was the only one inside, and was taking time to run car to car. While giving us our drinks, she apologized multiple times and was incredibly sweet to us at the window.

Experience 1: I went with my friend. I mobile ordered, and they brought my order out quickly. However, they messed up my order. Firstly, they forgot to salt my fries (even though I asked), the fries were cold, and they forgot the whipped cream and cherry on my sundae. Additionally, I had my window rolled down and tried to wave employees down, but they ignored me and talked to each other. They also messed up my friend’s mobile order and forgot the buffalo sauce. We asked for the sauce, and it took almost 10 minutes to receive it.
Experience 2: I mobile ordered a Dr. Pepper. I checked in on the app and waited over 10 minutes. I pressed the button and explained the situation. The employee was very rude and doubting me when I said I ordered at the right Sonic. Additionally, they said “Well, it is not in our system.” and were hesitant to bring me the order I already paid for. Finally, after confirming the address on my app, I received my Dr. Pepper 10 minutes later for a total wait time of 20 minutes.
Additionally, I was nice to the employees, so the rude treatment really did not sit right with me.
