China Taste — Restaurant in Little Rock

Rice was slightly dry, but had a good taste. Their beef isn't the best, a bit chewier than I'd like, but definitely not the worst. Egg roll was good. Overall the food was okay, I'd probably get it again but it's not my first choice. Food possibly would've been better if it was hotter when eating it. Told my order would be ready for pickup in ~15min. Got there after 17min. They had their doors locked so I had to wait in the drive-thru for them to make two whole orders for the cars ahead of me. I waited a total of 10min in the DT just waiting to pick up my call-in order. I asked about the door being locked once I got to the drive-thru window and they said next time I can call and they will bring it out, it just would have been nice if they would have told me that when I called it in or if there was an obvious sign on the door or something. Honestly, we left without eating. We came in with our kids looking to sit down and have a meal but the kids had to go to the bathroom... It's outside... They gave us a key but the door was unlocked when we got out there. The whole thing made me feel unsafe. The bathroom wasn't clean and they had no soap or paper towels??? It made me feel like cleanliness was not a priority. By the time I brought the kids back inside my husband had decided that this was not the place for us. So we covered the kids in purell and headed down the road to a different Chinese place with a buffet. Can't speak to the quality...

Ok, let me start out by saying that I'm a picky eater. I decided to try China Taste tonight after reading several reviews. I ordered Mongolian Beef and fried rice. I know Mongolian Beef has onions but the amount I received was unreal. Most of the dish was onion. The beef that I did manage to find had no color to it and had a "leftover" taste. The majority of the different versions of this dish have included a tasty sauce; this sauce was very watery and only tasted of onion.

I was really wanting to like my dinner tonight but it was lacking. I will probably not...
