This was the worst hair experience of my life. I was literally about to get up out the chair and tell her I’m ok, please stop doing my hair. I don’t know if Vikita expected me to know who she was, but as a first time customer she never introduced herself to me. I didn’t realize she was the owner until she started flat ironing my hair, which was a horrible experience in itself. I can’t even put my experience to words, but what I can say was Vikita you were rude, nasty, and unprofessional. The person you display online does not equal what you offer in person. You made me feel awful while I was in your presence. Your spirit drained me and I was so anxious to get out your chair. Then I decided it was time to take them down and get some new hair. Made an appointment for 1130. Showed up 15 minutes early, sign on the door said open, but the door was locked. Figured that maybe I was the first client to be seen on that day, and they weren't thinking I'd be early.
But I waited until noon yesterday, with their door still locked, and calling them 6 times with no answer, before finally giving up and driving away. Then got an email today that I was marked as a no call/no show which has a $50 charge.
