ZERO STARS....Buyer beware!!!!!! I purchased a fridge from Nino's and when I got it home, it didn't work. I contacted Samsung support who sent out a tech and noticed the S/N had been scratched out..............They denied service stating they would not warranty a fridge where the S/N had been scratched out......Questionable company. If you shop with them, verify the goods are legit....wondering if this is a stolen item now. Contacting Nino's as on my ticket, it states the fridge is warrantied.............
Anita I guess wasn't available, wasn't able to talk with her. They're looking to see if they have another unit in stock. Will keep updating this ticket with the steps taken to resolve the issue. But I would just like to reiterate, if the product you're looking at is missing or has a scratched out S/N as mine did......question it....The manufacturer will NOT warranty this product. You will be under a "Nino's" warranty. To the owners' response, I was told by Nino's to contact Samsung for service when I first called with this issue.....and second....."sold at such a discount"? The same fridge is only $150.00 more if purchased at Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.....with the S/N intact and with a Samsung Factory Warranty.
Update, Marcus is now assisting me....He's not been able to find a replacement unit, so they're looking for a repair service that will service the fridge.....more to come on the saga....It's Sept 13 and I've been without a fridge since August 22nd when I picked up the unit.....
Update, Day 37 and still without a working fridge.....I did get a report that the repair guy was in class this week and would be back on Monday when they'll schedule me to have the repairs scheduled.....not sure why they have to wait for him to return to schedule, but......oh well, can't say I'm surprised.
Update, Day 39 and the fridge was picked up today for repairs. Thanks to Central Arkansas appliance for delivering a loaner while mine is being repaired.
Well, it's been a while, we're on Day 48 with no fridge. They did pick the fridge up, but haven't gotten any update on where they are yet with the repairs. Called one day and they repair guy was in class and weren't able to get an update......again?.....called the next day and they hadn't had a chance to check on it.....Really? Are they that busy? They've had it at their shop for 10 days.
Day 52,Called Central Arkansas appliances to check on fridge....No answer, so emailed via their website. I got a reply that it was fixed, but they wanted to keep it for a few days to make sure the fix held.
Day 54, Called Central Arkansas appliances for an update and they said it wasn't fixed, but hoped to fix it over the weekend.......
Day 57 and the fridge was FINALLY delivered!!!!! Yeah!!!!! A BIG thank you to Central Arkansas Appliances for going above and beyond in getting me taken...
Read moreI waddled myself into Ninoâs Trading Company lookinâ for a new washer after ours decided to give up the ghost mid-spin and flooded half the mudroom. Thought I was gonna be there all day arguinâ and wranglinâ with sales folk, but nope. I was in and out quicker than Shirley at a church potluck when someone brings out them deviled eggs with too much paprika.
Now, I did go undercover for this mission. Walked in real incognito-like usinâ my city nameâLillie. I figured if they thought I was fancy, maybe Iâd get the VIP treatment. Turns out I didnât even need to pull the olâ switcheroo, âcause the man helpinâ me was nicer than a dog in a kiddie pool on a hot day. Little odd, bless him, but in a charming âmight collect rocks for funâ kind of way. Made the whole thing feel like talkinâ to cousin Larry after heâs had a Red Bull and a fresh batch of squirrel gossip.
I walked outta there with a BIG olâ washer that looks like it could fit all of Paâs overalls in one load and maybe Gerald if he donât stop backtalkinâ. Price was chefâs kiss. Felt like a stealâbut the legal kind.
Whole trip took me âbout thirty minutes, and I didnât have to climb nothinâ or cuss nobody out. Theyâre even holdinâ it for me for two weeks âtil Paâs truck is outta the shop. (He broke the bumper againâdonât ask.)
If youâre lookinâ for an appliance and donât want no nonsense, weird smells, or big city sales tactics, get on over to Ninoâs. Tell âem the country folk sent ya. I give it four and a half corn cobs outta five, just âcause they didnât have moon pies at...
Read moreMy freezer went out on Sunday evening. I went into emergency overdrive and took my food out and put it in an igloo. The next day, a friend of mine was telling me about Nicoâs. I didnât know anything about it, she took me over there and I immediately latched onto a gas stove top because I wanted one to replace my electronic stove top in my kitchen and then I bought a very large freezer GE energy efficient got a great price on both of my items! Ran home, measured came back, paid for the items and they arranged for a delivery service to bring the large freezer to me. Everything was easy. Everything is new. The freezer works perfectly. They even gave me a referral for a plumber who can hook me up with a gas line to my kitchen cooktop so I can switch to z gas from electric. Everything was perfect. Iâm extremely happy. I got great items name brand GE for terrific priceâs . I looked up the prices for them both if I went to a box store huge huge savings. I will be shopping at Ninoâs Trading again and again. I wish I had known about them when I bought my house a few years ago and replaced some of my other kitchen appliances! They have an out of store delivery company and they arranged for them to come back to work and bring me my freezer that day so I could get my food out of the igloo and into my new freezer. The delivery guys were excellent and did a terrific job. Also bonus there is a green light that shines on the floor so that you know that the freezer is actually on...
