Order 2 bracelets online. Several days after ordering, I received an email stating that on of the bracelets I have ordered was out of stock and would I like to replace it with another item on their website of the same value. I responded to their email asking if they would be able to order more of the bracelet that was currently out of stock. If not, I would just like a refund. After 2 days of not hearing back, I left them a comment on their FB page asking them to please respond to my emails. They quickly responded to that comment (because it was public on FB) that they would gladly message me back. Fast forward several hrs and still nothing. I went back to their FB page and left another comment. After that someone from the store FB messaged me stating that they weren't receiving my emails. I responded to their message with exactly what I had written in my email. They responded that they couldn't get anymore bracelets and that they would send me a refund. 2 days pass and STILL no refund. I message the owner/employee again asking for my refund. It's been 3 days since I sent the last message and the owner/employee has completely ignored my message (won't even open or read it). I left another comment on their FB page, and STILL nothing. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Please be aware that once this company has your money, that will not refund you under any circumstances. If you feel the need to buy from them (I would advise otherwise), please pay with PayPal so you are covered in the event something with your order goes wrong.

However, your company has plenty of time to post merchandise/sale ads on your FB page, but doesn't have time to respond to certain FB comments (other people comment's got responses) and messages!? Everything was 30% off. I ordered a large top. By their size chart it should have been fine. This was a tunic, so when I got it, the bust width was 56 inches and the arms were tight, 9 inches around of stretchy fabric which was too tight for my arms which are on the smaller size, 11-1/2 inches around.
