You should know that this isn’t a full service kitchen place. They ordered our cabinets the first week of September and said they should be in with in two weeks. 3 Weeks later no cabinets, I was told they were being built, twice, they will be in October 21!?!?! I called the cabinet company, turns out the order was placed and never paid for so the order was canceled. So 2 weeks later the cabinets came in. Long story short, they had ordered wrong cabinets, had to reorder cabinets TWICE. They had incorrect measurements for my appliances and the cabinet space because they confused my project with other projects they had going at the same time. They didn’t work a full day or week after the first week. I was told this would take 2-3 weeks it has taken almost 4 months. They ordered and installed the wrong flooring. When I told them it was wrong they said “but it looks nice” no remorse, nothing. Now I am stuck with a floor that I don’t even like, so I will have to pay someone else to put in the correct floor. They were expected to install the backsplash but they couldn’t get it done within a reasonable amount of time, so I had to find someone else to do it. They barked about us not paying the $175 for the sheet rock and voided the warranty for the cabinets as a result. (I am out $1500 for the floor they fouled up) I had to call the plumber, arrange the electrician, and even remind them about several things including to call about the countertop. They will say that you don’t need a permit, and you will need a permit. I would not recommend this place unless you are looking...

It has been about a year since Floor to Ceiling completed one of many projects for us. (We first used them in 1997 after a fire that gutted our home.) Over a handful of years we did many projects with them including a new kitchen, two new baths, installation of decorative paneling in a staircase and garage and the redoing of all of the hardwood flooring in our house, plus adding additional wood flooring. We are at that one year anniversary, and I want to personally thank Floor to Ceiling, but also Vincent (floor expert installer) and Mindy (our designer). Thanks to Lonnie as well for being at the heart of all of our projects! DO NOT GO HERE. Where do I even begin? We had to use these “professionals” who are not capable of completing a job. They do not know how to install hard wood floors, nor do they know how to fix ones that were chipped or uneven. They cannot complete something as simple as bathroom tiles. It has taken them over 6 months to try to finish both of these tasks. They will not show up on time and will leave early. I would rather try to do this myself then ever use these hacks.
