Littleton Sub Shoppe — Restaurant in Littleton

Rudest staff I have ever encountered!! and the food was sub par. I spent over $40 on food for my family and they mess up 1/2 our our order. Then when I let them know, thinking they would rectify it by making the correct food we orders the guy behind the counter said there was nothing they could do. Now anyone with kids know you can't make them eat something they don't want, so I asked for a manager, saw the guy walk over to the older guy and whisper something they both looked at me then the older man walked out back and nothing was said to me. Thanks for ruining a family dinner, This may be a place for people with no manners but it is definitely not a family establishment. The owner should be ashamed to have such rude employees! I will let everyone I know about...

Coming from a Littleton local.... Come here often for quick food after long day of work. Pizza has gone down hill. Cant speak on othef food or bar side but this is a pizza shop right should be there main focus.. Pizza dough must have changed its 80% all dough. I feel like im eating a loaf of bread. Every thing is inconsistent, i used to recognize the faces there everytime i go in there is new people working which makes for a different pizza everytime its hit or miss. And just saying my pizza falls apart every single time because its never cut all the way it gets annoying. Im just tired of getting let down over and over. Going to spend the extra money to get better quality at Anthony's in the new plaza. Work hard for my money not to spend it and...

Most of their food is fantastic. The pizza and chicken are particularly delicious. The price is very reasonable too.

Unfortunately, most of their staff has absolutely no customer service skills. It's not uncommon for one of the guys who answers the phone to hang up on you as soon as you order one item. He doesn't even check to make sure that was the only thing you wanted. I've even had to call back just to give him my card number to pay with. He's the worst, but some of the others aren't much better.

Normally, bad customer service doesn't bother me too much. But when it actually interferes with the transaction process, that's a bit ridiculous.

Shame, too, because this would easily be a five star...
