Gourmet Donuts — Restaurant in Littleton

These donuts are terrible. Ordered an old fashioned and got a plain donut. Their donuts are all dry, and other than your standard donuts, their options are all nauseatingly sweet filled donuts. Definitely don't bother ordering donuts, they won't give you what your ordered, and instead of calling or refunding your order, they'll just give you whatever. We ordered 8 donuts, and only 3 were edible and as expected, but even these were "meh". We don't like dunkin donuts, and the consensus was "we should have just walked to dunks". I gave two stars because there were 3/8 donuts that people actually ate. If you stick with the standard donuts, and don't "ok" donuts, I could see driving by here. The ONLY coffee shop in town! I will go without coffee before I spend my money at a Dunkins.. all the DD's in town are dirty and run by drug addicts and people who don't care for cleanliness. When I go into Gourmet I am greeted with a smile and that smile is maintained. They know exactly what I want and how I want it made. With the exception of maybe one girl, the crew they have now is the best crew they have had in years. I love me some Gabbi, Brittney, Liz, Sinaed.. they are all amazing! Went today and had a horrible experience! The front girl was rude for no reason. I’m from out of town and was excited to try after seeing reviews. I saw other people getting good service and the only difference was the color of our skin. She was smiling at other customers and when it was my turn she was rolling her eyes to the point I had to ask her “is she ok”. To top it off they charged me for five sandwiches when I only ordered four and Gabby stated she couldn’t give me a return back on my card because her manager is not there! Minorities beware...
