Horrible customer service they do not call you back i did a PSI on a vehicle it did not pass they made me take it anyway with the insinuation to get me banned from all auctions when I got home i had it rechecked and found out the problem it had would not show check engine and when I called to inform them well they don't call back or answer calls the owner doesn't return calls I have left messages. SAAA for a small dealership is absolutely the worst experience we have ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with these people, PSI is simply a joke and not worth a penny. Buyer be ware should be their tagline. After purchasing a 2015 Chevy and paying for PSI the truck shows up with check engine light and oil gushing out of the bottom. Three days chasing Renea the arbitration manager around we got frustrated and contacted the GM. I flew down to San Antonio from Dallas to pick up a truck. I get here at 9am and they tell me that I have to wait until the auction is over which is 11 before I can get out the gate. I feel they should have the exit gate away from the sale barn. Who ever come up with that suggestion should be fired. I understand you need rules but this is ludicrous.
