Upper Crust Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in California

Okay this is one of the best meals we had in Santa Cruz this trip. Everyone was in the mood for Italian and we wanted something that wouldn't break the bank. It's very unassuming from the outside but oh my gosh was it good! We had the muffaletta, both kinds, and it was delicious. Very big portion so get it to share if you're ordering anything else. A couple of us had the lasagna which was also fantastic and a large portion. It's a house made sauce and you could tell. My sister had the meatball sandwich and it's HUGE! It's a true foot long with tons of meatballs/sauce. The rest of our party (kids) had the pizza and they said it was good as well. They really liked the taste of the sauce. Excellent service. Very very nice employees and owner. I'd give five stars if they cut pizza slices perfectly exact. It looked as if someone was in a hurry and just quickly ran the slicer across the pizza really fast. As good as the pizza is and as expensive as it is, it's more like a high end pizza place and there should be more time spent making it more high end and slicing pizza correctly in a more uniform manner. This review pertains only to the delivery service. I live a couple blocks away and wanted to try a place that was close. That will be the last time.

When I placed the order, they did not provide an estimated delivery time. This was a Thursday night. After 45 minutes, I called to check and they said they could not find the address. I was injured and had to limp out onto the main road.
